Due Diligence & Feasibility
We help investigate the development opportunity by assessing the site again the councils development laws, planning restrictions, flooding and other overlays and its zoning, to quickly help rule the site in or out based on initial findings, before signing a contract. We have an established network of consultants that can then be engaged if required such as Town Planners, Structural Engineers, Civil engineers, Builders and Landscape designers that can assist as required in the due diligence period.
